Nikon Product Email Journey

Nikon partnered with Merkle (DEG) to develop an email journey in order to better communicate with new camera owners after the sale was made with relevant and informative content.

KEY HIGHLIGHTS

We created a six-email journey using Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s Journey Builder, which included:

  • Highly dynamic content, including name, camera model, and content that fit their model

  • Engaging animated graphics

  • A final email asking to rate the camera—negative answers led to an automatic Service Cloud incident creation, while positives were asked to review the product
