DEG and AMC Theatres collaborated to improve the customer experience, identifying and roadmapping opportunities for improved engagement and conversion. In other words, we realized that receipts are the most opened formed of email, providing a great opportunity to cross-sell (pre-show concession orders, post-show reminders of upcoming movies).
