I’ve spent years making things—brands, campaigns, websites—and helping teams do that work well together. I like small and mid-sized businesses and agencies because people talk, decisions get made, and the work actually ships.

I believe ideas matters. If the idea isn’t there, design won’t save it. And if it is, design should make it clearer and stronger—not louder or precious.

I like being in it with the team. Sometimes that means setting direction. Sometimes it means opening the file and fixing the thing everyone’s been avoiding. I don’t really see a difference.

Storytelling matters to me in a very human way—people want to understand what they’re looking at and why it matters. I help teams say what they actually mean.

I’m looking for fractional creative director work, project roles, or consulting with teams who care about the work and don’t want to overcomplicate it.
